iQuadrant Projects was operating as a partnership concern right from 2007 and was converted into a private limited company in 2010 and has its registered office in Bangalore. iQuadrant Projects (India) Private Limited was incorporated in early 2010 as a formal entity, offering real estate portfolio management services to individual investors. Over the past one year we have been successful in creating investment opportunities in different towns in South India. The company has built a customer base spread across United States, Europe, Middle East etc outside India and from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kochi to name a few cities inside India.

The company is run by a group of young professionals who have joined together from different walks of life to create an institution which will offer real estate investment products not being offered to investors elsewhere in a structured fashion.
